This is the rare 1978 Black Box edition of Cathedral, published by Family Games Inc.

The game is complete and in excellent condition.

All of the pieces in this edition are handcrafted from native hardwood (Canada) and use non-toxic adhesive.

The game consists of a wooden playing surface, 13 pieces of each of the two colors, the darker Cathedral piece, and the rules.

The game board is approximately 9.5″ x 9.5″ with the tallest pieces being about 1.5″.

The rules are in English, Spanish and French.

This is a fairly heavy game, weighing over 2.5 pounds before any packaging material.
