Not Thrifted. Family owned and Stored for Approx 100+ years. Some list these as Kewpie, Frozen Charlotte, Googly, and/or Penny Bisque. I think it looks most like a kewpie. I am not a collector and only have surface level knowledge at present for this item. I welcome any friendly and honest tips. I am advised these are German and from the late 1800’s or early 1900’s. I can’t state anything with 100% certainty so keep this in mind before you purchase. I will continue more research…

Good Condition for age. One foot has a chipped piece off. Arms do move. Feet may have wax remnants on bottom as it was previously displayed standing. Approx 2” may or may not have scratches, scapes, paint chips, crazing, blemishes, cracks, dust, dirt, or otherwise a variety of wear due to age or otherwise. As with any item of this style and age there may or may not be areas where fine cracks are not perceptible to camera, or eye, due to angle, etc
